Experience

From R&D and PMO to NIS2, DORA and GRC

In cybersecurity projects I have been responsible for operational strategy, portfolio governance and delivery across DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001 and GRC — from assessments and risk management to audits, remediation and incident handling.

Earlier, I led R&D projects in telecommunications, semiconductors and satellite technologies. I managed a 15-person technical team and a portfolio of 17 R&D projects. I also worked on technology projects that secured more than PLN 100 million in funding.

This background helps me work effectively with management, technical teams and compliance stakeholders at the same time.

I do not sell fear. I structure decisions.

Cybersecurity can generate very long problem lists. My goal is to build a short list of the decisions that matter, assign owners and drive the actions to completion.
